How to find us Donegal Carrickfinn Cottage & The Old Schoolhouse.
Letterkenny from Belfast/ Derry Dublin/Strabane: N 14 On approaching Letterkenny at Port Bridge Roundabout take 2nd exit for town center.
Directions from Letterkenny to Carrickfinn At Station Roundabout ( Tesco Shopping Center on your right) take 3rd exit for N 56 At next roundabout (Oatfield on your left), go left and, uphill. At the General Hospital roundabout take 3rd exit for N 56 ( hospital to your left). 11 km to Kilmacrennan. From Kilmacrennan 5 km to junction for Glenveagh National Park and Donegal Airport Carrickfinn. R 255 31 Km to Dunlewey: Mt. Errigal & Dunlewey Lake At next junction go left onto N 56 Shortly after passing the Cuirt Hotel, turn left at next junction. You are now on the Dungloe ( Clochan Liath) road. Once over the bridge in Crolly village, turn right (tennis court is to the left). Annagry (2 Km) and Donegal Airport…… R 259. Drive through Annagry village. After approx 2 miles the road for the Airport and Carrickfinn is to your right. It is well signposted. Come down hill into Carrickfinn. Do not turn left to the airport. With the beach on your right, and the runway fence on your left, continue along until you reach houses. Our house is the 3rd house on your left. (If we are not at home when you arrive, the key for your house will be left under the mat at the front door of cottage). Continue along this road to The Old Schoolhouse and Carrickfinn cottage.
At the next V junction go left. The Schoolhouse is the 4th house on your left, surrounded by a stone wall. The cottages are at the bottom of the next hill on your right.
