Description :
Stephen Bennett is a professional fine art painter based in Ardara, Co. Donegal,Ireland. He exhibits in his Studio Gallery beside his home in Ardara and in other galleries throughout Ireland. Visitors are welcome to drop in to see the work in the Studio Gallery, but it is wise to phone for an appointment, if you want to be sure of finding Stephen at home. The gallery houses Stephen's latest work as well as a selection of prints and limited editions.
Stephen has a special interest in portraiture and has been a regular exhibitor in the national portrait awards exhibition here in Ireland since 1993. He accepts commissions for portraits which he will undertake in a variety of media to suit the client. The portrait can be undertaken in pencil, chalk pastel, watercolour, acrylic or mixed media and the price will depend on the technique chosen by the client. Stephen is happy to work from live sittings or photographs or a combination of both.
